forestly 0.1.7

Rebuild the entire ae_forestly() widget on the lt package (yihui/lt), replacing reactable, reactR, crosstalk, and the vendored Plotly. The forest table, its inline per-arm proportion dot plot (lt_dotplot) and risk-difference error bar (lt_errorbar), the AE-criteria dropdown and incidence slider (lt typed filters), the CSV download, and the per-row drill-down AE listings are all lt tables, made interactive with lt_interactive(); forestly ships no widget JavaScript of its own (#168).
Drop the crosstalk, reactable, and reactR package dependencies; require lt (>= 0.5).
Reveal a truncated table cell's full text on hover; figure cells, the drill-down detail, and the control-bar and per-column filter rows (whose chips, funnels, and popovers must stay visible) are exempt.
